The Warrnambool Football Netball Club prides itself on recruiting the right people for the right roles and are always on the lookout for new team members, in all areas of the club, from bar and kitchen staff, to coaches and players for our football and netball sides.
The Warrnambool Football Netball Club provides continuous training and development for all our staff, with our goal being to maintain high standards of service that is offered in the Club, with a wide range of training on offer for staff and coaches, both in house and externally through accredited institutions. 
When recruiting the Warrnambool Football Netball Club value's previous experience but with the main goal being to employ people whose values and behaviours align with ours and build experience through ongoing training and support.
