The ground is regarded as the premier facility in the Hampden league and is utilised in all finals and interleague competitions as well as the Warrnambool and District Football league finals.

All players are rewarded in the knowledge that they are a member the team regardless of the level achieved at the club.

Player Support:
The club is fortunate to be able to provide the highest level of player support in the way of qualified trainers provided at training sessions and games and a club doctor.

Player Remuneration:
Player remuneration is based on mutual negotiations with the committee. A monthly remuneration package is available.
|
Insurance:
As part of the club's player care program there is available - insurance cover - loss of income cover ($300 per week, ongoing) - medical cover.

Gymnasium:
Player fitness and rehabilitation is an important focus at the club. A new fully equipped gym at the club is available for player use. Heated pool and spa facilities are available if required.

Social Atmosphere:
Players are encouraged to become involved with the club's social activities and events. This is seen as an essential link in the building process between players. Partners of players and families are welcomed and encouraged to enjoy the facilities and friendliness offered at the club.

Club Administration:
The club is managed by a ten member board of management with a full time General Manager who is responsible for the day to day running of the club and gaming facilities.

Football Administration:
A ten member football committee is responsible for all activities undertaken with team administration. The football committee is responsible to the club's board of management.

Junior Football Administration:
Junior football is the lifeline of any football club. The club takes pride in its junior football focus and fields Under 16, 14 and 12 teams. The club is active in the Auskick program.

Netball Administration:
The club boasts a strong Netball bias fielding a senior and reserves, under 17, 15 and 15 reserves teams. The Netball Committee is responsible to the club's Board of management. |

Club Pride:
The Warrnambool Football Netball Club is affectionately known as 'The Blues' by our loyal band of supporters which identifies the club colour of navy blue. The club has a long proud history and the pride and tradition flows through all avenues of the club.

The club is fortunate to have a large sponsor base, many of whom have been with the club for many years. All players are urged to make themselves known to our sponsors and where possible support them as they support the club.

With one of the largest supporter bases of all clubs in the Hampden Football league, followers of the club provide important game day support for all teams.
